Silas Grams is an Arizona attorney dedicated to guiding individuals, families, and businesses through complex legal challenges with clarity and determination. His practice centers on real estate, business, and construction law, spanning both transactions and litigation. Whether negotiating contracts, resolving payment and defect disputes, addressing licensing and lien issues, or protecting property rights and easements, Silas brings a detail-driven approach rooted in preparation, strategy, and advocacy.

Education

Silas earned his Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where he built a strong foundation in civil litigation and property law. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Northern Arizona University, graduating with a dual major in Political Science and Economics.

Military Service

Silas enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in November 2017, serving as a Bulk Fuel Specialist with an engineer support battalion, where he established forward arming and refueling points, tested fuels, and safeguarded refueling operations. He later earned a secondary billet as a Combat Marksmanship Coach, training recruits in rifle marksmanship and mentoring junior Marines. In addition to his practice, Silas still serves in the Marine Corps Reserve as a platoon commander with a bulk fuel company in Arizona. He brings the same fighting spirit and loyalty forged in the Marine Corps to his legal practice—delivering straight talk, meticulous preparation, and tenacious advocacy. While at ASU Law, he was recognized during the university’s Salute to Service program honoring veterans. Personal

Outside the office, Silas treasures time with his wife and daughter. He prioritizes family dinners, weekend adventures, and the everyday moments that keep him grounded. Silas volunteers with the youth at his church, focusing on guiding young men in practical life skills and character development. He mentors on goal-setting, discipline, and teamwork, and enjoys teaching outdoor skills such as fishing and safe, responsible shooting/marksmanship. His aim is to help the next generation grow in confidence, integrity, and leadership.
