
Jennifer Putnam Ooms completed her bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Northern Arizona University. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law. During law school, Jennifer pursued a certificate in criminal law and policy and was a limited practice law student at the Pima County Public Defender.
Prior to attending law school, Jennifer started her legal career over twenty years ago in the Maricopa County Superior Court. Jennifer worked in the civil, criminal, juvenile, probate and family court calendars as a bailiff and judicial assistant. Jennifer did countless trials including wrongful death litigation, real estate disputes, death penalty cases, and products liability. Jennifer then moved to a private civil practice concentrating on business disputes, real estate, and other complex litigation. Most recently, Jennifer was as a Deputy Public Defender with the Mohave County Public Defender.
